We operate both an online store at amooratelier.com and physical retail stores (including pop-up stores and events) in the United Arab Emirates, offering you a curated selection of premium fashion products and services (collectively, the "Services").

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide digital commerce services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services, whether shopping online or in our physical retail stores.

For in-store purchases, you may be asked to provide contact information for receipts, returns, or promotional purposes. Providing such information is optional unless required for specific transactions or services.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials (if applicable) and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

OUR PRODUCTS

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services both online and in our retail stores. However, please note that:

Colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen or under different lighting conditions due to device settings, display configurations, or ambient lighting in retail environments
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products purchased will meet your expectations or be identical to online or in-store displays

We may limit quantities of any products offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis

Product Authenticity: All products sold by Amoor Atelier are authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors and brands including Hartford, Officine Generale, VIBAe, Asahi, and SKU.

ORDERS AND PURCHASES

Online Orders

When you place an order through our online store, you are making an offer to purchase. Amoor Atelier reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by email, billing address, and/or phone number provided.

In-Store Purchases

Purchases made at our physical retail stores, including pop-up stores and events, are completed at the point of sale. Payment must be made before taking possession of products. Receipts will be provided for all transactions.

General Purchase Terms

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy
You represent and warrant that purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export
We reserve the right to refuse service or decline any transaction at our discretion

PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time of purchase, whether online or in-store.

Online Purchases:

Prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham)
Posted prices do not include shipping, handling, or customs charges unless expressly stated
UAE VAT at 5% will be applied to all applicable purchases in accordance with UAE tax law

In-Store Purchases:

Prices are displayed in AED
All displayed prices include UAE VAT at 5% where applicable
Final price will be confirmed at checkout

General Pricing Terms:

Prices in our online store may differ from prices in physical retail stores
We may offer promotions governed by separate terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between promotion terms and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and payment information
For online purchases, you represent and warrant that: (i) credit card information provided is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are authorized to use such payment method, (iii) charges will be honored by your payment provider, and (iv) you will pay all charges including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes

Other payment methods as displayed at checkout

Physical Retail Stores:

Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and other accepted cards)
Cash (AED)
Digital payment methods as available and posted at point of sale
Payment via ADCB merchant services or other authorized payment terminals

All transactions are processed securely in compliance with UAE payment regulations and PCI DSS standards.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (Online Orders)

Shipping is available within the UAE and to select international destinations as specified at checkout.

Delivery Terms:

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control
Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and delivery method selected

Local Pickup:

Local pickup may be available at select stores by arrangement
You will be notified when your order is ready for collection
Valid identification and order confirmation may be required

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are accepted in accordance with our Refund Policy, subject to the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:

Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Final sale items, as marked, are not eligible for return or exchange

Return Process:

Online Purchases: Contact us at shop@amooratelier.com to initiate a return.
In-Store Purchases: Returns may be processed at our retail stores during regular business hours

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product photography, video, audio, store design, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by Amoor Atelier, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our materials without prior written consent.

Brand Names and Trademarks:

Amoor Atelier's name, logo, and designs are trademarks of Amoor Atelier Clothing Co. L.L.C S.O.C
Product brands (Hartford, Officine Generale, Vibae, Asahi, SKU) and their respective trademarks are owned by their respective rights holders
Shopify's name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify
Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Amoor Atelier.

RETAIL LOCATION CONDUCT

When visiting our physical retail stores, including pop-up stores and events, you agree to:

Conduct yourself in a respectful manner toward staff, other customers, and the premises
Comply with all posted rules and staff instructions
Not engage in disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior
Not bring prohibited items into the store as posted
Not photograph or record video for commercial purposes without permission
Supervise any minors in your care

We reserve the right to refuse entry or service, or to ask anyone to leave our premises, for any reason including violation of these conduct standards.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

All personal information we collect through the Services, whether online or in-store, is subject to our Privacy Policy and is processed in accordance with UAE data protection laws and regulations.

RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide e-commerce services. However, all sales and purchases made through our online store or in our physical stores are made directly with Amoor Atelier.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Amoor Atelier, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with Amoor Atelier.

FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS

If you submit ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, proposals, or other content (collectively, "Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display such Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including commercial use.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Amoor Atelier, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of:

Your breach of these Terms of Service or incorporated documents
Your violation of any law or third-party rights
Your access to and use of the Services

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. SEVERABILITY

WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including prior versions of the Terms).

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.

ASSIGNMENT

You may not delegate, transfer or assign this Agreement or any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, and any such attempt will be null and void. We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without consent or notice to you.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. You and Amoor Atelier consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.

FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms arising out of any cause beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, natural disasters, or disruption of transportation or communication networks.

LANGUAGE

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

HEADINGS

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
